The Gros Morne Discovery Centre is the main Parks Canada interpretation centre and is located off Route 431 on the road to Trout River. The Discovery Centre allows visitors to see the Park as they've never seen it before. Peel back the layers of time and look into Gros Morne's unseen world. High quality, interactive and educational exhibits will help explain the Park's outstanding geological features, its plant and animal life, the marine story of Bonne Bay and the human history of the area.

Keep a watchful eye for the Park’s abundant flora and fauna. Whales, porpoises, seals, moose, bear, caribou and other wildlife are numerous and frequently spotted in the waters of Bonne Bay and along the roadsides. On the drive to Trout River, you’ll travel through the Gulch, a vast open valley carved by glaciers millions of years ago.
